THE ROCKPINS
Providing a great selection of live music for your event
Our Live Music - Song List
The RockPins perform approximately 30 songs in an evening (3 x 40 minute live sets). So with well over 120 songs in our repertoire from the last 6 decades, we can concentrate on a specific genre or decade to suit differing tastes of our audiences; eg; modern pop, rock / indie, oldies, classic rock / pop. We are always learning new songs and can even learn and perform your first dance for a small fee.
Don't forget the Disco! We also provide a fantastic and
comprehensive disco service for all the breaks before the band, between the sets and afterwards if required. You can leave this up to us, or get as involved in the song choices as you like. We use an excellent computer based mixing programme along with industry leading sound and lighting equipment.
The RockPins play approximately 30-35 songs in an evening (3x40 minute sets), so with well over 120 songs in our repertoire, we can tailor the music to your taste.

Why not have The RockPins own love song; written by Matt Ropkins and recorded with the band.
'Heartbeat'
is the
perfect wedding first dance song.
A couple of comments from clients who've chosen it as their first dance; 15th April 2023 - Miriam & Nigel -
'We love ‘Heartbeat’ and once we heard it, our decision was made'. 1st June 2022 -
Juli & Colum - Lympne Castle - Wedding - 'We loved 'Heartbeat' and I am so pleased you played it for us. Many thanks, Warmest wishes, Juli.'
Our Live Music - Song List
The RockPins - Party Band have been providing live music at wedding receptions, corporate events and private parties for well over 10 years now, and we know what music gets our clients and their guests up on the dance floor.
With over 600 weddings performed at, if we were playing the wrong songs, we wouldn't still be going! We usually perform approximately 30 songs in an evening (3 x 40 minute live sets). So with well over 100 songs in our repertoire, we can concentrate on a specific genre or decade to suit differing tastes of our audiences.
But to be honest, live music does something that playing a record simply cannot replicate. So many times we've been told the likes of; 'Can't believe you had my grandad up and dancing to Mr Brightside' or similar. So our advice to anyone looking for a live band is; don't get too hung up on the set list. As long as you think most people will know / like some of the songs, you and your guests will have a great time! We are always learning new songs and can even learn and perform your first dance for a small fee.
