Old Kent Barn Wedding

On 28th December 2018 we played our final wedding on 2018. And what a way to end the mammoth year of weddings! This time it was for a lovely couple called Harry & Kirsty Collins. FIRST DANCE: For the first dance, Harry and Kirsty chose the superb Jon Bon Jovi and ‘Thank You For Loving Me’. Following that, we came straight in with our first set starting with ‘Shut Up and Dance with Me’ by Walk the Moon (as requested by H&K.) 

We had some lovely feedback from Harry & Kirsty on our Facebook page which reads; ‘You guys were brilliant! Our guests thought you were incredible! You had everyone chanting for more like a festival! Thank you so much for being blooming amazing!’ Harry also gave Matt a bottle of Gin at the end of the night. This will be shared with the rest of the band when they get together for bbq in the spring. Thanks Harry!! 

Our clients are always reviewing us, so its probably fair that we review the venues occasionally that we perform at. I can honestly say, it has been years since we have been offered a drink by a venue, not that we expect it, but man it is nice when it comes. As soon as we got to the venue, one of the staff told me very quickly all drinks for us were on them! What a difference it makes when something as simple and this takes place. But that it how this venue seems to be run. All the staff are very friendly and professional and smiling (which believe me, they don’t at a lot of venues!)
